what is this? why did u add handling and vehicles as txt file? what do i do now? if i copy text files it does not replace the .meta files...

@drifter Yes, you have to download it from there and copy the files from inside the bin folder next to ur gta5.exe

does not work on windows 10, it just does not open when u click it or when u run as admin, also tried compatibility mode for windows 7 and still does not open can't even see it in processes list
