This Mod will replace CJ with Tommy Angelo from the game Mafia". This Mod was only made for fun so its not perfect and also is a bit buggy but i think i did a decent job,

To download it, Just put the files into modloader. When you want the other clothes to fit with skin color just download any white CJ mod
