This mod gives you gta 4 and 5 style weapon reloading
1.Works only on-foot and that too if ammo in the weapon
is not full just like reloading feature in other action
games work.
Press 'R' key in game to reload your guns.
2.In-game reloading sounds play when reloading the gun.
3.Ammo remaining in the clip is NOT removed and recycles
while reloading.
UPDATES(25/05/2015):-
NOW YOU CAN SET YOUR OWN KEY FOR RELOADING, SO THAT YOU CAN FEEL COMFORTABLE
WHILE USING THIS MOD.

That is not a bug, it is supposed to be like that anyway.
If you don't want auto-reload when clip is empty, try this mod:-

when clip is empty,cj is reload again his weapon

it is a cleo script mod not a built-in feature.
So it will not work with joystick, only keyboard key R is supported!
is it work with joystick?

yes you will lose only that amount of ammo which is fired from the gun, and rest of it remains with you.
man is that will lose ammo to if i shoot ?
