I port/edit them using 3ds max 2009 version. You'd need Kam Script , to be able to import dff files direclty into 3ds Max.

@diegoforfun i would like to know the programs that you use to make these models. i was only gonna use it to fix a few models of mine that were kinda glitchy.

Unfortunately, i'm not. It takes a lot of time and effort so i only port models and make model hacking stuffs.

I would like skins without Normal MAP. that the skins do not occupy many megabytes. I do not use Normal MAP plugin. he has a lot of bugs
