Restored Collapsed Freeway and Parking Sign

We restored the collapsed freeway at the construction site, as well as the parking sign. According to the BradyGames Strategy Guide, these objects don’t appear in the final of the game but were present in the beta. I marked them as ignored (since the “sfse.ipl” file was missing) because they were causing the game to crash. If you encounter any issues, please leave your feedback here on gtainside inside or on my Discord server so we can work on fixing the mod.

You are not allowed to reupload my content anywhere or include it in any modpack. In addition, I do not authorize Luigi’s Club or Mixmods to use our work, as we want to keep toxic people away from us. They are not welcome (and you may already be familiar with these communities). However, I do allow Beta Production's to use this mod, as he is an old friend of mine from YouTube, going back 10y xD.
