Immersive NY: GTA IV New York Immersion Overhaul Beta 0.04

I've been sitting on this mod for about almost 2 years... and in order to motivate myself to develop it further I've decided that putting it out there and getting feedback would be the best way to finish it.

So, what is this?
A complete name-conversion overhaul/modpack of Liberty City to New York City circa 2008. This replaces textures, models, and text to immerse yourself in a virtualized New York Simulator!
The reason this mod exists is because of my love for the city, and I was tired of all the NYC mods just being concentrated into cars and Times Square billboards of name brand stuff (often lacking LODs or proper consistency). This mod is meant to not break the immersion that came with mods before it, while retaining 'lore friendly' aspects like brands and cars within reason.

Here's a brief list of what's been changed, as it's difficult to showcase everything in one swoop.
-Place names (down to the street level)
-Building textures
-Building models
-Billboards
-Subway and road signs
-Car decals
-Peds and characters
-Prop textures
-(Some) internet stuff
-English subtitles
-WPL extras

A lot needs to still be done for certain models (because I don't know how to do 3D work), so my good friend and fellow modder Nariman has been helping me with that. I can't give you a release date, but once it's updated I'll re-release it. I've included an old video I made to demonstrate the mod (don't worry, I promise/plan to make a new video); some things have been changed since but the core of the idea is still there. I've pretty much looked at every possible texture in the game at this point for things to replace.

FOR VERSION 1.0.4.0 and 1.0.7.0 only (refer to readme for patch 7 instructions)! I plan to make it compatible later on with EFLC in the future.

I plan on making an OIV installer that's less cumbersome.

Now, some of these textures where originally made by other authors as part of other mods, but I tweaked and modified them for accuracy and quality. CREDITS section with links to all the original mods will be down below [CREDITS in .txt]. I guess that means it's technically a modpack too.
