So i've found that also silenced pistol has sound in original GTA IV.
this mod brings this weapon to life in GTA IV.
readme file will help you to install this.

@joseaznar i'm sorry i didn't know about shockingevents file i have never digged much deeper into this when it comes to this weapon but it's always new save with addon stuff on GTA4 unfortunately nothing i can do about it, yeah sure go ahead rate everything 1/10 i'll keep the posts you post preserved so other people can see that you go around shitting on other peoples work just because you like to do so.
in order to really "silence" the gun, you should edit shockingevents and not weaponinfo, and well, starting a new game for this is bruh as always
