I don't think a FIB (or FBI) version is really necessary for such a modern muscle car, you can simply paint it in a black color!

But if you still want it, then wait I will try to make one soon

If the model does not have Paintjob, there is no Paintjob. Doing it from scratch is not a job I do...
You can edit it, of course.
