I have now tried it already repeatedly but it just does not work when I click on the application and it states as an admin comes to the mouse pointer , a charging character , 2-3 seconds later it goes away and nothing happens, the program will not open. can someone help me?

ich habe es jetzt schon öfters probiert aber es funktioniert einfach nicht, wenn ich auf die Anwendung klicke und es als Admin ausführe kommt am Mauszeiger ein Ladezeichen, 2-3 Sekunden später geht es weg und nichts passiert, das Programm wird nicht geöffnet. kann mir jemand helfen?
