VC Vanilla Emergency Services Vehicle Overhaul Pack (MVL Supported)

Looks like Vice City's Emergency Services Finally got more Funding.


-Mod Info-
This mod is a add-on/replacement to add more flavor to Vice City's Emergency Service Vehicles.
An Overhaul in a way, adding new liveries and agencies to the line up, while keeping
to the lore as much as possible, while keeping it as Vanilla looking too.

This mod was originally done almost a year ago but was lost to a Hard Drive failure, i recovered it and touched it up as much as possible for a release atm.

----VC Police Dept.----
1) Vice City's Green/White police vehicles are now based off Metro Miami-Dade PD. (This comes in both a Replacement in optional files or an MVL Addon)
2) Vice City and Beach Police cars have been added an MVL addon. Both based off of Miami City and Miami Beach PD.
3) A Florida State Police Car as been added as a MVL addon.
4) Enforcer has a redone Livery based on Miami-Dede PD as a Replacement to match the PD cars.
5) a Swat Boxville and Swat Pony based on Miami-Dade PD has been added as MVL Addons.
6) Police Pony (Paddy Wagon) based on Miami-Dade PD has been added as an MVL addon.
7) NPC Police Helicopter has a new Livery based on Miami-Dade PD as a replacement
(There is also a player replacement one, but i forgot to do this while first making it, so it lacks the doors. Will maybe do a new version down the road but i kept it as an optional file for you all)
8) Police Predator has a replacement, based off the Reefer, it's a slightly redone version of my old Reeler PD boat mod.

----VC Fire/EMS----
1) Firetruck has a new model/livery based off of Miami-Dade Fire Rescue [I couldn't get the rear doors to work correctly so that's why they aren't usable.)
2) Ambulance has edits and new livery based off of Miami-Dade Fire Rescue
[[[[ All EMS/FIRE Vehicles come in Red/White and Yellow Liveries. Based off of both VC's original colors and Miami-Dade ]]]]

----FBI----
1) Added an undercover Stainer as a MVL addon.

----Military----
1) Added a new Barracks and Patriot as Replacements.
2) Hunter has a few new decals so it doesn't feel so bare, as a replacement. (This might be redone down the road to add more stuff/more extras)
3) Rhino has some fresh edits, and a new turret as a replacement. (Turret is from an Unrelased IFV/APC that might be added as an MVL addon later on)

(Step 1) Drag and Drop the replacement cars you want into Modloader.

(Step 2) For the collision file, to install use CollEditor2 [>>> Note!!!! This is only for the replacements of the Predator, and the Firetruck <<<]

(Step 3) For MVL add-on cars, used standard MVL addon directions. all cars are set up tho and just need to be dragged to the MVL folder.
