I have made Russian textures for the Police Department cars and people. The idea is not new but I did not like the old samples.

New textures for some other cars are provided too, e. g. a nuclear waste transporter and a bobcat in flames look. Just look at the screenshots.

A new 3D wheel is included. This was not created by myself but I do not know the author. I liked the wheel because it fits well to my Landstalker skin.
