After adding this mod,you can get 1000 health just typing a cheat code..As you know,in GTA 3,you can get maximum health upto 250 but after after adding this get you can get 1000 health.
Type "MAX" to get 1000 health.You can get 1000 health at any time by typing this cheat code.
