In 2009, I decided to try and create a texture mod of my own for GTA San Andreas, and based it on the Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parcs in Devon, a place I'd been to a lot as a kid.

I tried uploading it to GTAGarage, but it got deleted because of quality reasons! Flash forward eight years, and I'm digging around in an old thumb drive I found in a drawer, and there it was!

I've decided to make this reskin GTA IV compatible, and it's essentially a reskin of Schaefft's CVPI mod, converted to IV by Mr.© Bolleck®.

I've opted to include the yft file in this download, but will remove it if requested to do so.

It should be noted that this skin is entirely fictional, and is more of a novelty than anything serious. I intend to create
a second version of this mod with much better graphics in the near future.
