The Aston Martin DB9 from NFS Carbon. (although it's likely the same as the Most Wanted one)
No custom handling, here's my vehicles.ide line (uses SuperGT handling):
db9, db9, car, SUPERGT, SUPER, VEH@STD, NULL, 50, 5, 0.2747, 0.2747, 0, 5, 1.0 ,0, sports

Known issues:
Doors don't move properly (NFS Carbon cars only have the outer part of the door as a seperate mesh, so the interior part doesn't move here)
Moved/detached parts reveal large holes in the mesh (NFS Carbon's cars weren't made with IV's damage model in mind)
