I live in Hamburg and i love GTA IV. I searched the hole network for a HVV Mod for GTA IV but with no luck. So, i had to make my own HVV Mod. And then i finished the first Beta of the HVV Mod. But i don't want to let it Private. I want to share this mod with you.
