"You had the licenses, but you wheels ain't fly?; You came to the right mod to Hit this up" This re-texture modpack aims to give
personality each vanilla (or lore-friendly addon cars) with some nice rubber shoes textures to difference from all the dull vehicles
with a diverse style of tires; mostly from Atomic & Fukaru brands that were already established in GTA IV (then expanded in GTA V);
which were made by TG_Stig for GTA V; which I ported over to GTA IV; specially for the addons cars, without clashing with the lore-
friendly technical apart. Avaliable for different tastes, for different style of vehicles & specially for all PCs; for those who push
the game over the edge with HQ textures (512x512) to the Goverment PC spec LQ textures (256x256).
