1.Open with SparkIV vehicle.img arhive from C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\cdimages
2.Import sultanrs .wft and sultanrs.wtd file from Vw Audi S4 Custom folder in arhive.
3.Save and rebuid the arhive and ...

The car was tested on the 1.0.4.0 version.
