How to install:
Use SparkIV or OpenIV and import model with any vehicle (mostly preferred
the stockade)!

Open "carcols.dat" in directory (GTA IV > common > data > carcols.dat) and
replace the "stockade" line with this one:

stockade, 133,133,133
