Grand Theft Garage IV V. 0.1

I started with a mod for parked cars at safehouses, then switched to a mod for garages, and eventually decided to make garages, but not owned by the player.
These are garages where you can break into and steal vehicles.
Perhaps later I will add more garages, lockups and special spots in various places.
