This modification changes the textures of Johnny(Now NINJA),Weapons(Just colored like in the movie "Chappie"),Gang Burrito.
These textures are for EFLC, BUT You can use the weapon textures in IV. Just copy the weapons.img from *\Replace\EFLC\pc\models\cdimages\
to GTA IV\pc\models\cdimages\.


Installation:
[Backup before You replace anything!!]

*Replace weapons.img {Located at *EFLC\pc\models\cdimages\} [Same folder for IV].
*Replace vehicles.img, weapons_e1.img, playerped.rpf {Located at *\EFLC\pc\models\cdimages\}
