This mod changes the Rotterdam Tower Lights in IV and TLAD to beta colors.

As you can see in the beta screenshot the aqua lights were originally purple. The red lights on the top were originally dark aqua. Well, they weren't that bright in beta because the picture itself was edited.

Instructions on how to install this mod are in the readme file of the .rar

I might make a TBOGT version though, I'll see what I can do.
