Bringing the GTA V Loading style into GTA IV!

what's new?
-GTA V style background
-New animation
-adding GTA IV logo into the loadscreen
-i also added the unused loadscreen (Lollipop Girl) but not quite sure if that's work, comment below if its working

i'm working to do this with TLAD and TBOGT also in the future update. soon.

how to install? just put all the files into GTA IV directory, simple
