For this to work you must first install B Dawg's modloader from here and place the files in your GTA folder:

(IVTweakers.ini - Modloader=1 means MODDED, Modloader=0 means VANILLA)

Place the scripts.img in /modloader/gtaiv/
If you prefer standard handling, place the handling.dat in /modloader/gtaiv/
