Ever find the wanted flashing on the radar too distracting? Well now it's gone!
This hudColor.dat file changes two values and replaces the blue and red flashing for a static light grey color, the radius is still visible. Cop cars and ped blips are unchanged.
Note: This also replaces the reddark color sometimes used in missions.
