Here is a fully optimized commandline.txt file for low end/potato pc's and laptops. This commandline is made by me, took me some time to search and test all the different commands to make it not crash and work with any version of GTA IV. Instructions on how to download the commandline will be included in the "INSTRUCTIONS.txt" file in the mod folder.
