Description:
- Changes all og GTA4's weather settings to new ones which looks more realistic, new rain conditions, sunny, night, cloudy etc. environment settings.
- Changes the way clouds are drawn and how the different lights reflects and how much the lights glow in the world of GTA4.
- Changes the taxis to New York yellow and the busses to New York white.
- Changes all trees to a more natural green colour and remove the flicker from the trees.
- Changes number of pedestrians on the sidewalk x3
- Compatible with the ultimate graphic tweak mod.

Filesize is 52, 4 Mb.
