This Villa is not very big and there is no bathroom. But i am working on another house project now. There is a Helipad where u can place a helicopter. At 5:30 AM when it is sunny it is very nice there. :)

It is my first GTA IV house mod. If you have ideas for good places for other houses in GTA IV please let me know.
