Packie McReary's outfit has now been lovingly tailored to fit on Niko, and included with it is a brand new hand drawable for Niko including his sweet, sweet, exposed forearms. This is not Packie's hand drawable ported to Niko, but arms that are from my Shirtless Niko that remains unreleased until i find a way to get my seamless drawable normals into 3DS Max without them being completely destroyed.
