c: \ Program Files \ Rockstar Games \ Grand Theft Auto IV \ Episodes From Liberty City \ TBoGT \ pc \ models \ cdimage \ playerped.rpf

2 - Import the files I've supplied (replace them)

3 – Save and rebuild

Ready for fun
