2002 Saleen S7 ADD-ON version

I turned the 2002 Saleen S7 by [GOC] FeiJI into an add-on.

There are some issues with it that I'm still trying to figure out:
-No radio
-No engine sound
-Not modifiable in LS Customs (except a few minor things)

However, if you use the Menyoo versions I've included, they have working engine sound, radio, and are modifiable with Menyoo.
