add folder of a31 to mods folder / update / X64/ dlc packs / here

then in a31 folder ,/ dlc.rpf / x64 / levels / gta 5 / vehicles / click a31_livery.ytd and replace those livery a31_sign_4 ,

in game just select livery 4,
