Pretty much the same as the passenger van I uploaded.
It can replace most of the in game vans of similar size.
Just remember to change the handling to PONY in the vehicles.meta
Roof rack and ladders are set to extra_11 so can be spawned on or off with your trainer

Follow the instructions in the file for the LODs and extra liveries.
