Da Police (Menyoo) (Updated)

They thought there wasn't any bad cops in town, well here comes trouble. Take this unmarked buffalo on the streets and show those criminals there's a new sheriff in town. Arrest first, ask questions later.

* Now includes 5 XML files, which are the same vehicle with slight adjustments. The cleaned version is an overall improvement to the vehicle I think, with a few things removed and added. The noNPC version deletes the npc's, the no arms will delete the arms and skull at front of vehicle. And there's also a noNPC or arms. The original file still included.
