When you have installed the mod mentioned above, with OpenIV search for taxi.ytd in your mods which you can find listed here -> mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf <- and open up the file and replace the file "UV TEMP" with the one in this folder, and make sure to save.
