Step 2.Mods--->Update--->update.rpf--->common--->data--->dlclist.xml--->add this exactly as is dlcpacks:/arrineragt/ at the bottom of dlcpacks:/patch2024_02/

Start the game and use any trainer to spawn the "arrineragt"
