Open OpenIV. 1.Replace the asea.ytd,asea+hi.ytd,asea2.ytd in GTAV\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

2.(For original asea) Replace the asea.ytd,asea+hi.ytd,in GTAV\update\x64\dlcpacks\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

Rear lights not replaced because have a little different shape.
