With OpenIV, place the car files in: x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Place the tuning files in: x64i.rpf\levels\gta5\vehiclemods


Bugs:
- Low quality interior
- Windows don't get shot through
- There may be others...

-не качественный салон
-окна не простреливаются
