Got very tired of the bong in GTA V, so I was like yeah naaah.

1st, startup OpenIV (if you don't have it I suggest you get it) and go to this location:
GTA V - Mods - x64c.rpf - levels - gta5 - props - levdes - vminigame.rpf

2nd, drag and drop "prop_bong_01.ydr" into "vminigame.rpf"

and BANG! you're sweet.
