Plate Thief

Walk up to a vehicle and press 'H' to steal its plates. Walk up to your vehicle and press + H to apply them. When you apply stolen plate to your vehicle while wanted your wanted level drops by one star.

If you are on a motorbike or quad you can pull up the a vehicle and apply the stolen plate.

The control is configurable.
