This modification will increase the amount of effects on mud splatters, cracked concrete, water splashes and ect..
How to install:
**Make sure to make backups**
1.Start OpenIV
2.Go to GTA V / update / update.rpf / common / data / effects
3.Replace decals.dat
4.Enjoy!
