Update! No longer have to go through directories to install, just use the package installer in openiv and you're done.

Changes the gangs in game to their real life counterparts; families are now crips, ballas are bloods, and vagos are MS13. Some of the graffiti in game in changed to real graffiti as well. Just follow the file directories in the download to see where the modded files go.
