Backup Earring
Backup Glasses
Black Earring
Black Glasses

Select which one you want and copy that file over.

Installation:
Run OpenIV and use Edit mode.

Replace the file with the one you want from:
x64v.rpf> models> cdimages> streamedpedprops.rpf> player_one_p>
