1:Unzip file
2:Use Openiv and drag and drop the files into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/addonpeds/dlc/peds.rpf
3:Open AddonPeds Editor as a administrator
4:create a new ped with the name being "MarcusStreet"
5:Set ped type as male
6:Press rebuild and then you done!
