San Andreas no longer has to feel barren and devoid of life! This is a very simple mod that changes stream.ini and popcycle.dat to increase the ped and vehicle count on the streets at all times. It shows a modest increase in vehicles, depending on the road and location, and a fairly massive increase in pedestrians on the streets relative to the base game. I welcome any people with more experience in modding SA to give their input on any ways we might further increase the vehicle (or ped) count.
