Dinghy + Hang Glider + Giant Engine = Hilarious Obituary


This mod replaces the skimmer (the small seaplane)

It consists of a Hang Glider, a dinghy, and an engine from a mini :)

All you have to do is drop the dff and txd files into gta3.img (using Spark or imgTool)
there are no handling lines to copy, so its a simple install (just like my Flying Carpet mod) :)
