Difference of TC Version GTA Brazil 0.2.1018

- Fixed TXD
- The car used to only come as an armed escort, now it's going to show up as a civilian too.
- Fixed env values
- Removed chassis_vlo siren
- Adjusted steering wheel


Installation:
Just copy the folder to modloader (already includes the line below)

This car will be discontinued from TC GTA Brasil
So this update will not be in future versions:
