Difference of TC Version GTA Brazil 0.2.1018

- Fixed env values
- Fixed headlight and flashlight material
- Fixed extra appear with wrong paint
- Fixed chassis Smooth
- Fit Collision
- Adjusted Shadow
- Applied Reset on some parts
- Removed 3d black edge from headlamp

Installation:
Just copy the folder to modloader (already includes the line below)
