GMC Topkick '90s

It's a fixed version of GMC Topkick I uploaded few years ago.
Fixes:
- Doors fixed (doors out of position few millimeters)
- Colors fixed (only cockpit and bonnet got color)
- Hook fixed (wrong putted)
- Plates (no more mexican flag and blank plate. I'll put again in future updates)
