How to install {ENGLISH Languange}

Open IMGTool , load the file gta3.img

Delete the following files:

elegant.dff

elegant.txd

Add the following files from archive:

elegant.dff

elegant.txd
elegant1.txd
elegant2.txd
elegant3.txd

Closed IMGTools 2.0
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now open all whit (NOTEPAD) find and replace

handling.cfg (folder data):

ELEGANT 2200.0 5000.0 1.8 0.0 0.1 -0.1 75 0.70 0.80 0.46 5 165.0 20.0 10.0 R P 6.0 0.55 0 30.0 1.0 0.10 0.0 0.35 -0.15 0.5 0.3 0.2 0.30 35000 40000000 10400000 0 1 0
