Chicago Beach is a wonderful place this free-roam in the beach, it's summer off away from San Andreas, you just type "map" and it will warp you to Chicago Beach, there's few peds in the beach, walking, swimming and drive vehicles.

Type "map" to warp to Chicago Beach, if you exit the beach it will warp you back the Los Santos beach.
